Our Story
We are high school teachers who coach multiple sports. We’re also part of the staff who runs our school strength & conditioning program during the summer. To top it off, we also created our school character development curriculum. Needless to say, we work with high school athletes year round- not only physically, but also mentally.
The last couple of years we have put emphasis on building a positive team culture and developing mentally tough & resilient leaders.
